Your purchase includes a custom design consultation and design/setup fee. We’ll work together to turn your idea, sketch, logo, inspiration photo, handwriting, or concept into a design that can be produced in metal.

Part of Your Design Fee Goes Toward Your Order
$25 of the $55 setup fee will be credited toward your first custom charm order once your design is approved. The $30 setup fee is a one time setup for your design. If you need to reorder the same design in the future there is no setup cost.

How It Works
1. Purchase this listing.
2. Send your idea. After purchasing, send your inspiration photos, sketch, artwork, logo, handwriting, measurements, or a description of what you would like created.
3. We design your piece. I’ll review the project and create a design suitable for production.
4. Approve your design and quote. Once the design is finalized, I’ll provide pricing for the finished piece based on size, metal, quantity, and complexity.
5. Apply your credit. The amount you paid for this listing will be deducted from the total cost of your finished order.
6. Production begins. Once the remaining balance is paid and the design is approved, your custom piece moves into production.

Metal Options
Depending on the design, custom pieces may be available in:
- Sterling silver
- 14k Gold-filled
- Rose Gold Filled
- 10k solid gold
- 14k solid gold

Availability and pricing will depend on the specific design, dimensions, thickness, and quantity. To give you an example, prices can have a large range anywhere from $6-$50 in sterling silver (this is based on sizes of 5mm up to 25mm in 20 gauge - bigger sizes or thicker metals will vary the price) and anywhere from $8-$65 in 14k gold filled. 

Thinner metal will be lower prices and thicker metal will be higher prices. And of course, the larger the size and details the more it will cost. With the fluctuating costs of precious metals, prices can vary on the market.

I am VERY reasonable with my pricing and will work with you to make what you want at the best price I can give you to make your projects come to life. 

There are price breaks for larger bulk orders at 30, 50 and 100 quantities.

Purchasing this listing does not include the finished jewelry or charm. This listing covers the consultation, design, and setup process required to create your custom project.

Because custom design work begins after purchase, the design fee covers the time involved in developing your project. When you move forward with production, the full design fee is credited toward your final order.

Final pricing will be provided before production begins, so you will always know the remaining cost before committing to the finished piece.
